Born and raised in Nevada County, Ariana spent fifteen years working professionally with some of Europe’s top restaurants and bakeries, including La Mano Verde Restaurant in Berlin, Germany, where she served as Head Chef.
Ariana specializes in the detail and flavor of the petite patisserie, with an extensive knowledge of vegan and gluten-free disciplines. With Ari Gold Pastry, she brings you cultural flavors imported from France, England, Germany, Italy and Holland- artisanal pastries, cookies and chocolates hand made from scratch.
